I am a non-EU, with Swiss B Permit. How long can I stay in EU every time? How many times a year?

I heard it only allows 3 months. Then every 3 months, I go back to Switzerland and come to EU again. Every year 4 times, it can make stay in EU for one year?!

If you have a B permit it means that you're working in Switzerland. You can't leave the country for more than 6 months without losing it anyway.

Switzerland is not part of EU, so I don't see why a B permit would allow you to live in a EU country! Do you also have a Schengen visa?

As Mélusine says, a Swiss resident's permit doesn't allow you to live anywhere else in Europe. Why would you think it does?

Swiss permit "comes" with right to travel in Schengen (but not everywhere, e.g. UK requires a visa). Maybe OP is a spouse with B dependant and doesn't work? You can indeed stay up to 3 months. For example, you can go to DE and study German for a month or two. But under no circumstances you can fully relocate somewhere. When you want to study at uni/work/do something else long term - you will need a permit in that country.

I think the OP needs to ask the real question and not some cloaked version of it.

What do you want to do? You have visa-less movement within Schengen but cannot "live" elsewhere in the zone without following the due processes in that territory.

Well, considering the OP has been asking questions about importing goods from China to sell in the EU via their Swiss company, it sounds as if they'd save a lot of hassle by moving to Germany if possible and doing everything from there. The impression I'm getting, despite the OP's username, is that they really want to be in the EU and are only using Switzerland because it's easier than some other countries for non-EU's to get permission to live/work in. Apologies if I'm wrong, but they seem very EU orientated and haven't even bothered to change their location details from China to Switzerland.

I'm with the rest of you, something is missing in this story. How do you have a B-permit for Switzerland when you actually reside in China?

It's 90 days within a 180 day-period in the Schengen area (i.e. excl GB/Ireland). Only to travel, of course, you're not entitled to reside, let alone work, in the EU with a Swiss B permit. Switzerland is not in the EU.

If you want to reside and work in the EU - which you obviously do - apply for an EU permit.

I would also be interested to hear how and where you got a B permit if you are not residing here and have (based on your threads) clearly no interest in doing so.
