I'm Spanish and I'm not working at the moment, I have a B permit because of my husband's job, he is from the UK.

If he went back to the UK due to his job, and I chose to stay here, would they take my B permit away??

What if I got a part time job, how much do I need to work to get the B permit?? 60% or 80% ?

it depends on the canton you live in probably. In Bern they recently changed the conditions for an EU B-permit - previously you just had to show a work contract of minimum 12 hours a week. When I went to renew my permit in February (student so doesn't apply to me yet) this had just been changed - now you need to document a work contract with a monthly minimum income of 1500 CHF. But that's just here… I'd just go and ask the authorities directly. They'll be able to give you all the details.
