How to apply for Long term Work permit?

Hi,

I am an Non EU resident currently in Germany on limited period extendible residence permit. I am an ERP consultant. My fiance is a Swiss Citizen. I want to move to Swiss and then take forward the relationship but I cannot move without work.

I dont have a job offer in Switzerland yet but isnt there any visa like UK H1B where I can procure the visa and search for job? I reckon employers will prefer to provide job to people already holding a visa, right?

Or is there any specific employment agency you can recommend who help procure offers from employers willing to provide visa for me?

Thanks.
Regards
Mry

This should help...

Non-EU Permits - a few bullet points.

It would be a good idea to search in the forum since there are a lot of people with similar questions.

Best of Luck.
