Letter of spouse that he/she is awaiting his/her spouse

Hello,
My wife is going to apply for family reunification visa. I`ve noticed that I need to write a "Letter of spouse that he/she is awaiting his/her spouse (in German, French or Italian)".
Does anyone have an idea what this letter should look like?
Thank you!

I've never heard that it's needed for a family reunification, even for non-EU nationals.

But this, which is for people coming to visit, may give you a starting point.

Thank you!
I`ve contacted Swiss diplomatic mission and here is their reply:

"With this letter the partner already living in Switzerland states that the applicant is expected to live in Switzerland. In this sense you have to confirm this point (Who is expected for what reason? What is the family relation? Who is going to pay the costs? Where the applicant will live?)".

Yes, that sounds right. Basically confirming exactly who they are, your relationship, etc. Guess it helps them decide whether you've applied for the right visa as well.

Make sure that things like her birth certificate, your marriage certificate, etc, have been translated into either a Swiss language or English as they'll want to see the marriage document at least as part of the application. Check with the embassy on exactly what they need to see for these as often they have to be notarised too.
