I am from a third-country and hold a residence permit ( permit B).
I did not bring my family to here. Does someone know the procedures to apply for visas for my family through family reunification ? what kind of materials do I need to prepare? and where can I apply for the visas, in the embassy of my country or local migration office in Switzerland?

Briefly, as a non-EU you have no "right" to family reunification, but you can apply to cantonal authorities for an exception. You'll need to prove you have sufficient income to support everyone without relying on social benefits. You also need a large enough apartment/house for everyone. Contact your local migration authorities (there's a link near the top of one of these threads) to ask for more specifics.
