| | Certificate of Good Conduct?
Hi Guys
I need a certificate of good conduct as this year I am applying for the Dutch passport. I looked it up as the embassy is sending me to Bundesamt fur Polizeiwesen but can't find that one, I get to the Bundesamt fur Polizei (fedpol webpage)...still cannot find how to request it.
Has anyone asked for this document before and knows where and how to request it? Hopefully I can avoid a trip to Bern
Thanks!

What you need in a French is the Extrait du casier judiciaire. You can request it on line or go to the post office to order a copy. I think it costs about 20 chf. https://www.bj.admin.ch/bj/fr/home/a...007-03-26.html | This user would like to thank Belgianmum for this useful post:

Here, you can use this.
To whom it may concern:
Angela-74 has good conduct (for the most part) and is actively involved on the EF. We never had to ban her and don't foresee of doing so within the near future.

Angie, if you want, I can also print it out and pretty it up with a stamp and a signature. | The following 7 users would like to thank lost_inbroad for this useful post:

Actually, it may be that what the OP needs is what is called a "Leumundszeugnnis" and this is given out by the Gemeinde.
The procedure varies from Gemeinde to Gemeinde: Some ask for documents such as the Strafregisterauszug or a Betreibungsauszug in order to issue the certificate.

It's called a certificat de bonne vie et mœurs in Belgium and ( I think) in France.

Hi you lovely lot. Does anyone know if this info is still correct? I.e. contact the gemeinde I was registered in and ask?
In addition, could anyone please give me the German translation of the term Certificate of Good Conduct? Yes I can Google but I'm not sure if there is a literal translation or if there is a specific Swiss term. If I search on the UK govt site i get directed to a document which is for Swiss nationals only.
Thanking you as usual,
Best,
Rufus.
Contacted the Swiss embassy in London and for future reference its this site: www.records.admin.ch and the left -hand option, a "Special" extract isn't required.
