Kurzarbeit for B-permit

Hi all,

my company is going through complicated times and is considering Kurzarbeit for some employees as a temp alternative to staff reduction.

Anyone has any insight how does it affect people on work permit (B, non-EU).

Re: Kurzarbeit for B-permit

Well, I assume as it's only temporary it won't have any effect immediately. You're still employed and hopefully would be back on full time in the not too distant future.

It is based your company model,if it is consulting business then it will be according to projects they have.

In general, they will get into the people having permit at last as it will hinder their future development of company when they need experienced resource outside switzerland
