You'd be treated as a Non-EU student. So you'd have to be accepted on a course and then prove that you had enough money to support yourself during your studies to get a student permit.

Once you complete your studies it might be possible to get a job here afterwards.

Still, it will depend on whether your potential new employer can show the position will be of scientific/economic importance to Switzerland.

And what has happened regarding the vote to curb immigration from the EU and what effect that might have on the non-EU hiring situation. New law is due to come into force in February 2017 one way or another, Swiss are still negotiating with the EU.

What if I cannot get to study. My permit will cut immediately if I divorce. Because I have 5 years permit now?

How long have you been in your partnership for? This might determine if your permit is discontinued or not (i.e if you get no school admission)
