Legality of suppressed firearms

According to this, I understand that suppressors are illegal, but here it seems to mention these as forbidden accessories (at least that's what my bad german understands):

https://www.admin.ch/opc/de/classifi.../index.html#a4

Does this mean that as a technicality (loophole), firearms which have an integral suppressor are legal? e.g. http://www.impactguns.com/awc-amphib...biansmkii.aspx

Re: Legality of suppressed firearms

Somehow missed this thread before.

Firearms with an integrated suppressor (e.g. silencerco's pistol) have to have the same exception permit as a suppressor or fully automatic gun.

The permit isn't that difficult to get, you need a reason. The reasons I've seen successfully being used are tinnitus (with doctors note) and a collector adding to their collection.
