Legality of suppressed firearms

According to this, I understand that suppressors are illegal, but here it seems to mention these as forbidden accessories (at least that's what my bad german understands):

Does this mean that as a technicality (loophole), firearms which have an integral suppressor are legal? e.g. http://www.impactguns.com/awc-amphib...biansmkii.aspx
