I've had the same a few years ago. I basically got the CHF 80 fine in the tram, a letter with another CHF 120 from ZVV afterwards, and a last bill of CHF 200 from court.

I can agree it will be the 200 fine from ZVV/SBB ( I had to pay 100 extra because I made the inspectors wait more than 15 mins to show them my ID ) then another fine from the police, they (the police) also sent me a questionnaire in German - verzeigungsvorhalt - in which I wrote things like es tut mir Leid and es gab ein missverstandnis.
So the police just sent a fine or maybe I had to pay them to send/read what I wrote anyway I got nothing on my register and in 9 months I will be able to ride again in Selbscontrol area without getting a heart attack if I see an inspector
