B to C - latest case in University - non-EU

Pals, just to update your daily digest: we have got a guy working as Postdoc in University, who has been living in Switzerland for 10y (5 years PhD + 5y postdoc), was issued by a C permit this month.

So, it seems that C permit has nothing to do with confusing "holding working permit B", the only thing matters is that the "continuous 10y living" in CH.

It is in Basel, do not know if applies for other Cantons.
