Need your inputs
I am working in Switzerland Bern with L permit(non-EU) since 2 years and my family is staying in india. Now my employer applied(2 weeks ago) for L to B conversion and also i would like to apply for family reunion. My permit extension will take 6 to 8 weeks of time but meantime shall i apply family reunion or do i need to wait till i receive my permit and then apply for family reunion? If i should wait till i receive my permit then my family has to wait longer time because first i should get permit then apply for family reunion.

Kindly advice me.

Just my opinion, I'd advise waiting to see what permit you get, if any. There is no guarantee you'll get B or that you won't have to make a break between permits.

In the mean time, get all the other documents sorted out. Important thing is your marriage certificate legalization. That itself may take close to 3 to 4 weeks depending on the place you were married.
