How to apply for a work permit and what type?

Hi,
Me and my family are EU citizens, Bulgarians, and we are moving to Switzerland in April.
Can someone please tell me or send some links about these work permits?
I am planning to register with some employment agencies so what do I need to do like I've heard about this job-seeker permit is that how you start with?
What should I do to be able to start looking for a job, can the agencies sort the work permit documents or you need to do it yourself before registering with them?
I already have a place to stay so address is solved.

Please if someone can explain the steps I will be more than grateful.
Thank you, Vane.

If I were you, I'd delay the move for a couple more months because of this.

"The Federal Council decided to extend by a further year the validity of the safeguard clause ‒ a provision of the Agreement on the Free Movement of Persons (AFMP) ‒ for Bulgarian and Romanian nationals with regard to category B EU/EFTA permits of more than one year. This measure, which has been in force since 1 June 2017, allows to limit the number of permits for taking up gainful employment. This means between 1 June 2018 and 31 May 2019, 996 permits B EU/EFTA will be available (as in the previous year).

Affected by the quotas are workers from EU-2 coutnries with an employment contract valid for one or more than one year or indefinitely wishing to take up employment in Switzerland and therefore applying for a type B residence permit for gainfully employed persons. The same applies to self-employed persons.

The transition period for Romanian and Bulgarian nationals will end from 1 June 2019 and they will enjoy full freedom of movement from this date."

It'll make finding a job much easier.

I get that ok but how do you start when you go there like do you find a job and the permit gets issued from the employer or you need work permit first and then find a job? Can i go to the employment agencies and apply for jobs and if they find me one will sort out the permit as well?

No, as an EU national it's down to you to get your permit (after 1st June). As an EU national you can be here for up to 3 months as a tourist to look for work so no need for a permit. If you don't find a job within that timeframe you can then apply for an L job seeker permit for another 3 months providing you have sufficient funds to support yourself. You do that at the gemeinde/commune admin office where you are living in Switzerland.

If/when you find a job then you take your employment contract to the gemeinde/commune to show them you're now employed, fill in the paperwork for a new permit and that's it.

Before 1st June you won't get a work permit without an employment contract.

This is a very expensive place to just rock up and hope you will find a job, unless you've got a grasp of the local language and skills that employers desire. I'd seriously re-think this plan...
