| | Who to notify after becoming Swiss
Is there a list anywhere of who a new citizen should notify after becoming Swiss. An ex-colleague was nationalised on 3 April and is asking me.
I can’t really remember, but I mentioned the obvious ones. Control des autos for driving license and carte gris, banks, postfinance. Who am I missing, or even better - is there a list?

1. Employer
2. Bank(s)
3. Insurance(s) : Health, Liability, Household, Car etc.
4. Driving Authority *
5. Children's School *
*not too sure if they get automatically informed

Why would my liability and household insurers give a stuff about my nationality?

My insurance agent definitely said inform them when becoming Swiss, premiums will drop. At least that what he said compared to existing nationality, so probably true for most.

However, in my case I lost my original citizenship by virtue of taking up another, so kind of obliged to correct the KYC records with Insurances.

Any place where you may have deposited your Last Will and Testament. In fact, check the inheritance laws of both/all countries of citizenship.
