That would work, but honestly why bother? What can living in Jordan give them that they can't get here? Plus they/your wife/you will be forever going back and forth between the two countries.
well many reasons honestly! the first one that we are not sure about how long we are staying here in Switzerland.

we care about Arabic and English language since in Jordan they will learn both.

and we are not planing t go back Italy :-( so it is hard to decide

Re: Family leaving Switzerland

Surely the children could learn those languages here? From you? And from tutors?

they will be registered in Jordanian school and come here only in summer vacation ..or mid year vacation in December.

this means their center of life will be Jordan but my wife will spend more time here with me and she will be going every 2 months in Jordan to stay with them
Not necessarily. Their centre of life can be where their parents live (like most other children) and where their things are. They can go off to school abroad but still come home to their parents.

I'm sure you must have your reasons, but looking in on your situation from outside, I wonder why on earth you would want to split up your family especially since, as you describe it, this doesn't seem to be about divorce. Your children can have free school and clean air and safe public transport and healthly living right here, with Mom and Dad nearby. And a language tutor if necessary.

Re: Family leaving Switzerland

Well, the main problem will be your wife since she will need a tourist visa to visit if she moves back permanently. If she stays here and keeps her permit then that's not a problem.

Re: Family leaving Switzerland

As the parent living in CH, they cannot refuse a Schengen visa to your children. I obtained a Shengen visa for my Asain daughter, no problem. Don't worry!
