Work permit for Non-EU (Indian)

Hi, I have a unique situation and I didn't find any answers while searching this forum so I am hoping someone can help me out here:

I am an Indian working at Liechtenstein (Residence and work permit - L) got one job in Zug. the company tried hard to get work permit for me, but Unfortunately it was rejected.

The below was the message they have got from government.

Quote:

According to this, I should have years of professional experience and university degree. I am a graduate in Bachelor of Technology (BTech), Computer Science and Engineering and having 8 years of experience in Software Development along with Project Management experiences.

As the employer is not moving forward for re applying the same, I have tried to find another job. Now I have got another job in Birrwil, Aargau. Now my new company is trying to get the job permit for me. According to my knowledge, this company is searching for developers in EU and they couldn't find one in last 6 months.

Do anyone know how much easy to get this? One of my friend told me, its little bit easier in Aargau instead of Zug.

Those are necessary but by far not sufficient for them to grant you a permit. They explicitly state that giving you a permit for this job brings less long-term economic advantage to Zug than many other applications they have on file and that the amount of applications greatly exceeds the non-EU quota available.
They also say quite bluntly that they cannot consider you a highly qualified worker as the offered salary is too low ("Er kann nicht als Spezialist eingestuft werden.

Nobody on this forum will tell you anything definitive. Getting a non-EU work permit in Switzerland is hard, unless you (for example) get hired by a company like Google with (a) a huge hiring pipeline with lots of rejections so they can easily prove they haven't found a Swiss/EU person and (b) a large salary (think >120k).
Everything else is a lottery and unfortunately the odds are slim.

That's the minimum requirements to even be eligible in the first place.

It's not easier, let alone easy. Federal authorities have your previous application on file, and I understand this was literally just rejected in the very recent past (as you opened a thread in June, so I guess you got the rejection not long ago). Unless you get enormously lucky and someone in some authority fails to do their due diligence, I can't see why they would approve another application just a few weeks after the first one was rejected. Sorry.

If there was a longer break, then it's probably worth a try, but as usual and as previous poster said, zero point zero guarantee, as always with non-EU applications. If you're keen on leaving where you are now for whatever reason, I would strongly recommend to come up with a plan B though. The current application was in part turned down because you don't qualify as a specialist. That hasn't changed in that presumably short time frame since the last application, yet is another minimum requirement.
