C permit while on RAV

Guys! Need some advice.
I am an EU national living & working in Zurich for 4+ years. Unfortunately, have recently been made redundant but will be officially employed until Feb 2020. Does being on RAV during C permit application hamper my chances of obtaining a C permit ( due in May 2020 )? Any similar experiences?
Thanks,

Well, the requirements are:

Respect of public order and security;

Respect of constitutional values;

Language skills;

Participation in economic life or acquisition of education.

The last may be problematic since you'd be unemployed.

A relevant section in the Zurich Migrationsamt "Niederlassungsbewilligung" document is 4.3, and, in particular, 4.3.4.:

4.3.4 references Art. 77e VZAE. Para. 1 indicates that "benefits from third parties", including unemployment compensation, is considered participating in economic life:

Re: C permit while on RAV

Might be tricky, because the application needs one document so-called "no Social relief". From my understanding, on RAV is kind of social relief

No, it isnīt. RAV is an insurance type of thing, social help is different and can impact your permit.

I know of two people who have changed from B to C whilst on RAV without any problem at all.
