English translation of Swiss Law VZAE

Dear all,

I remember there is a law called Verordnung über Zulassung, Aufenthalt und Erwerbstätigkeit, including the chapters of the Intro-Company transfer assignment.

In English the name is Decree on Admittance, Residence and Employment. However, I cannot find the English version. May I know anyone can direct me to the English PDF. I think it came across in the forum., but forgot to save it...

Best, Joyce

Re: English translation of Swiss Law VZAE

It is available on the Federal Website in French/German/Italian only.
https://www.admin.ch/opc/de/classifi...993/index.html

As this ordinance has seen some changes in the past an old English version, specially one before 01.07.2018 might not be accurate anymore.

An exceptional good online translator, specially for law texts is www.deepl.com
Just copy and paste the thing part by part into it.
