| | L Permit Cooling Down Period
Hello Community,
Does the cool down period also apply from L permit (under a short term contract) to B permit (Non-EU [under permanent contract] or Family Reunification)? This is in case the L permit will expire before the new permit is issued.
Thanks!

Not if the application for the B is already in.

So, if the L permit expires and the application is not in then the cool down period applies? Even though it is from L to B? I thought that the cool down period was only for short stay permits (L). How much time is the cool down?
If its from L (short stay contract) to L (Non-EU permanent or Family Reunification) then, is it the same?

What on Earth is a cool down period? Never heard of such a thing related to residence permits! |

(Mostly if not exclusively a short term working permit issue)
