information about marriage

hi everyone

I need some information about marriage in Switzerland. the person who was legal as a student but somehow he becomes illegal.

that person who is illegal in Switzerland has the right to get married to a swiss residence in Switzerland?

if yes then can anyone guide a procedure.

One can not marry a residence here. Perhaps a resident.

A link re marriage here in Switzerland, but the answer is no. If he is here illegally it's not possible.

"If either of you are not Swiss citizens, you must be lawfully resident in Switzerland at the time of marriage."

If the student permit has expired then they need to leave the country I'm afraid. They can't stay here without a resident's permit.

This as well from the link:

You are not allowed to get married in order to circumvent laws on the admission and residence of foreign nationals.
