After receiving the letter from the canton that decision lies with SEM to grant the C permit, how long is the processing time at SEM's end? Did someone had a recent experience? (Canton Vaud)

Took 1 month for me in Lausanne over the summer, got the permit directly with no further update from the SEM.. though this timeline is quite variable from what I've seen

in my case recently, it has taken 1 months 2 weeks in Geneva. Did you also receive a 122 CHF invoice after?

yup, that's the cost of the upgrade from the B I guess

a few days for me once I finally sent them my language exam results (which took over a month to get after taking the exam). I didn't see any mention of 'SEM' in the correspondence. I thought it was just a cantonal thing. I guess they preprocessed everything and were just waiting the the language result. the police interview was about 3 months prior.
