B Permit holder resigning before 12 months, can it be revoked?

Dear all,
I have a 5 years B permit holder, I am an EU citizen. I have worked for 11 months for a company but I am seriously considering resigning this week after several warnings from my doctor that my health is deteriorating due to toxic environment at work and put me on sick leave. Even during that time, the company and my boss contacted me and asked me to work and use intimidating communication and manipulation etc... I am psychologically at the end of my rope.

If I resign this week, with the 2 months notice on my contract, I will have contributed to 12 3/4 months to the unemployment fund and can get the unemployment support - with a penalty, which is fine.

However, the RAV has to notify the cantonal authorities of immigration when one registers prior to the end of the 12 months mark. Is there a risk they might revoke my B permit and the financial support altogether?

I know , 1 month seems so little an effort but, I am completely traumatised by the abuse that is going on at work so doing my notice after being on long sickness would be dreadful and torture. Psychologically, the notice period would be manageable, i have 15 days holidays to take and the idea of the nightmare ending soon would help me cope.

Does someone know or has been in the same situation?
Thank you in advance.

If your work makes you ill and your doctor is ready to send you on sick leave - do not quit! Go on sick leave, and if the situation is as bad as you say, see a lawyer. There might be better ways to get out of this than just quitting.
