As my university said they can help my future wife to apply a permit if we get married before June otherwise I have to do the paper work by myself but due to current situation seems we cannot make it. As far as I know, the university didn't need to do anything with my husband's permit. As he is dependent on your visa, the university will only take care of your permit. The university did give me additional paperwork (i.e. salary certificate) that was needed for my husband's visa application, but nothing else.
Also, you will need to wait for the university to apply/process the paperwork in the canton before you can apply for the D visa. You can again have the option to either apply together (so you can entry the country together) or you can come here first and then apply after for your wife.
