Not where I live. Just the current one if lived in for more than 3 years, which is a requirement anyway.

Definitely not where I live, neither of them. Going through the process now.

Every kanton makes their own rules. For my kanton, BS, you need Wohnsitzbestätigungen for the last 10 years only if you've lived outside of BS during any of that time; the kantonal ones they collect themselves.

Debt registry extract ditto.
Tax certificates from the last 5 years, for all places lived. It's certainly easier and cheaper if you haven't moved around much.
