Liechtenstein dependent Visa by holding the German D Visa (Work visa)

Dear All,

I am an Indian (Non EU) having B visa and working in Liechtenstein.

My wife is working in Germany (she have long term work visa, D-Visa in Germany) and she is pregnant and alone there in Germany. If she get holidays (Maternity + Parental leave), Can we apply Liechtenstein dependent Visa by holding the German D Visa (Work visa) to stay in Liechtenstein during the holidays? Could you please guide the legal options behind this?

In this case should she pay insurance in Liechtenstein too? Or can she show German insurance card (AOK insurance which is valid all over Europe)?

Or is there any option in her case like any special visa to Liechtenstein?

Thank you in advance!

Regards,
Jack

"As a result of Regulation 265/2010 it is now possible for anyone in possession of a national visa (D visa) and a valid travel document to move freely in the Schengen area up to three months in any six‑month period."

Just make sure she won´t forfeit her German permit and/or maturity pay payments.

You'd have to apply for a D visa for her based on family reunification I guess. But if she's out of Germany for that long, surely she'll lose her German residency??

I expect that if she moves to LI, she will lose the German residency.
