Swiss naturalization exam necessary for those who attended schooling in CH?
Hello everybody,
I had a question related to the naturalization exam that one must do when applying for Swiss citizenship.
I’ve heard that minors who attended schooling in Switzerland do not need to take an exam or a language test when applying for Swiss citizenship since it is understood that they went to school locally and that they must already know the history and political system of CH.
I have moved to CH at a young age and completed the necessary years for schooling. However i was wondering if I’d every apply for Swiss citizenship when I’m an adult in my early twenties, would I still have to go through the tough process of the naturalization examination? Would it be a bit more difficult considering I would be an adult?
Any answer would be appreciated.
