I am an Indian Citizen working in Zurich on work-permit expires in May 2021.

Now If I obtain a Tourist visa of another EU Country, can I directly exit Switzerland and go to this EU Country for 30 days and stay there without having to exit EU and going to India first?

With a Switzerland residence permit you will not get a visitor visa for another EU country (as you don't need one) . if you wish to apply for one after your residence in Switzerland ends, then I believe you can still apply for a tourist visa for any EU country independent of your residence in Switzerland and will be granted if you meet all the conditions of that country.
