Need advice for justification in work permit application(non-EU)

So my company decided to move me to their new Geneva branch(under construction). I am a Network Engineer currently in the US. They talked with the lawyers and lawyers came back asking to create a strong business case which would say how hiring me would be economically feasible to CH and create more vacancies since I only have 3 years of experience in the field and just a bit less than 1 year working with the company.

I discussed with my manager and we thought hiring me would speed up the infrastructure build since I already know all in's and out's of my company infra and this as result will help people come to the office quickly. This might work as a short-term solution but looking for better ideas and justification for the long term.

I am here to ask if all the experienced folks here could give some ideas or suggestions that could help with my application. Sharing your experiences would help too.

If you're not a senior manager or essential specialist they're probably going to struggle to justify why you over anyone living/working here.

"Exceptions to the admission requirements
(Art. 30 FNIA)

In certain cases, certain legally regulated exceptions from the admission requirements are possible. The following overview is not exhaustive, but represents the most frequent cases:

Management or specialist transfers in international companies
The precedence rules do not apply to operational transfers for senior managers and essential specialists in international companies."

Otherwise they're going to have to follow the non-EU hiring criteria outlined here:

Re: Need advice for justification in work permit application(non-EU)

My advice - is to be an "expert" in some system that is very new where the local expertise does not exist. I work in tech sales - and I covered a new product in a new market segment in the US. The expertise in that product didn't exist here, so they used that as justification.

The job requirement needs to be something that only you can do - and if you aren' there to do it, then it could hurt the company.

my 2 cents...
