How many months can L dependent permit holder be away from Switzerland?

Hello,

Does anyone know how long one can stay outside Switzerland as a L permit holder? I understand rules are different than B permit holders.

My wife is on dependent L permit and plans to be in home country for 2.5 months, we are not sure if she can do that with a L permit.

Hi kumar,

At max she can remain 6 months away from switzerland country.
for safer side i would suggest u to consult with your nearest krisburö/Immigration.
