My wife's residence permit is in process in Zürich (dependent)
Can she travel as visitor to Zürich with German aufenthaltstitel(German residence permit valid for a year)

The Swiss consulate in munich said yes one month back and today no ,hence the

Residence and permits have nothing to do with it.

She'll be here as a tourist, so just passport and perhaps a visa.

Theoritically it looks no problem but hearing from the authorities is a big concern as we planned to move in nxt two weeks.
