Help! Aussie Girl Moving to Zurich

Hi All,
I am currently living in Brisbane and will be moving to Zurich in June to live with my Swiss boyfriend. I am in the process of researching my employment and Visa options. I am working as the National Marketing Manager for a travel company in Australia and am wondering if anyone has any advice on how I can find work in Zurich as I am not an EU national. I am looking into all of my options including teaching Business English.

Is it better to arrive on a tourist Visa and learn German while I am in Zurich until I can find a job there? Also, with the 3mth tourist visa, can I extend this for a further 3mths by visiting another country near Switzerland - and how long do I need to be out of the country. Your advise would be greatly appreciated.
