i am form India and I have a student b permit ,,I can speak english and french so is it possible for me to get a working permit (permit b) in switzerland

only if you can find an employer that is prepared to go through the process - and can prove that they cannot find someone within Switzerland or the EU to fill the position.

Have you finished your studies ? I am not sure how much work you are permitted to do on a student visa - some PhD students definitely work and study at the same time.

Oh, and you generally are only allowed to come in as a student if you sign a document to say that you will leave once your studies are finished - trying to go from a student to work permit is not generally appreciated in most countries...
