EU citizen short term work (3 months), without visa- health insurance nec?

I'm looking to work in Switzerland, two situations:

1) Possibly 'proper job', in which case I would need to register as according to here http://www.bfm.admin.ch/bfm/en/home/...hren_fuer.html

If I'm working in this way, is the health insurance necessary? What kind of health insurance? And what will this health insurance cost me? (female, 19 year old.)

2) Freelance journalism/ teaching English for private clients/ selling artwork/ babysitting: do I register or do I just be here on 'holiday', since what I am earning is relatively minimal anyway (is there a limit, under which we need not declare/ pay tax/ faff with authorities)?

If here 'on holiday', what am I entitled to health-wise, given the European health card and comprehensive travel insurance? - hospital care, trip to the doctor's, specialist doctor care? what will I have to pay for if needed?

Hope this is clear enough and in the right forum!
