My girlfriend has recently been offered a position in Geneva which will mean relocating over there from the UK.

We are not married - so would it be possible for me to move there with her? Or would there be a problem with me being given a residence permit and work permit? (I don't have a job offer in switzerland)

All i can find is info on whether or not your married, in which case i know there wouldn't be a problem - but does anyone know what the situation is if we're not married?

Couple of things you can do.

1. Get married

2. there is no problem to come here for three months, then leave and then come back for three months and just keep doing that for ever, or just come and stay and lay low.
3. Apply through the legal channels, and take it from there, it all depends what you want to do in the long term.
