i hope to learn a lot from this forum since we have a plan in moving to switzerland. i have some queries though, hope someone can help us.

my fiance is a portuguese citizen with a C permit. my fiance have lived in switzerland for 20 years. we have looked on some sites on swiss immigration, but none was mentioned concerning this. i am a filipino citizen.
what site can i look into concerning the requirements for this visa..
or rather what 'kind' of visa does our category falls?

you should ask your fiancé to ask here or you could ask the swiss embassy or consulate in your home country. they should know what you would need. For a visa in general you would need a letter of invitation from someone in switzerland and it is probable that the swiss authorities in your place would ask for a guarantee.
