Hi,

My company is applying for NON-EU-120 Day permit(i guess L-Permit < 1yr) for one of the reputed firm in Swiss. This is the first time i'm applying work permit to Swiss. I had submitted all the documents to Swiss immigation on 22/2/2010 for zurich canton. There is no response indicating if my application is filed or not. I contacted my company regarding the status, they said, ideally, i should have got the response in 10days acknowledging if the application is filed or not. So, they asked me to wait. I was supposed to travel in April


I happened to go through some of the threads here...... As most say, there is no quota for 120Day permit...not sure, if there a new policy imposed for this 120 Day permit.

My questions are -
~ Does anyone know if 120 Day also has this quota stuff?

~ Has anyone got this 120 Day permit after submitting the documents after Jan-2010?

~ what are the restrictions for this 120 Day permit for Non-EU due to reduction of permits during this year?
I would be great if you could share your views.

Not subject to quota but may still be rejected.
