Hi,

I am currently in Switzerland on a B permit working in academia. However I have an opportunity to do some consulting work which I would be very happy to do part time. However, I have been told that I need to set up on my own as a SArl company and pay 24000 chf to get going (some it can be working capital) is there another way around this? only as a consultant I will have no liabilities etc.

Can anyone advise how to get this sorted and how I can pay tax etc to mae sure i am legal?
