Hello all, My Fiance and I are going to get married soon and he plans/and has been accepted into a school in Basel. This all seems so daunting to me. Do I have the right to move to and work in Basel as a spouse? Is it an easy process getting a residency established? All I want is to be able to be there for 3 or more years throughout his studies and be legal.

Hi, depending on the permit he gets, it might actually be very simple.
