Tourist Visa for parents and house change

I am a Non-EU who has just got my L permit renewed (after more than a month of waiting). Incidentally i am moving to a new apartment next week end.My hosue contract has already started from this week.
I have been waiting for my permit really bad as i had to bring my parents on a tourist visa before the summer gets over. Now for my new permit to reflect my new address, it would take another 2 more weeks. I cant wait that long for my parent's Visa processing. Can i apply with my existing address itself ? Will i run into any probelms ?
I had to raise this question because my existing house had 1.5 rooms only whereas my new house has 3 rooms.I made the change specifically for their accomodation and i do not run into problems like rejection because of house size etc (if at all there is a possibility of rejection).
Any thoughts ?

Re: Tourist Visa for parents and house change

Hi Venkat,

I am Non_EU and I have L permit. Today I went to the Stadthaus to invite mu mother for 2 weeks and they told me that although my financial support is fine, they cannot approve because I have L permit (valid for one year).
Then they told me that what may help is that I bring written approval from the office of Migration that they agree with this situation.
Btw, they didn't ask me for the apartment at all.
