Hi! I am here on a Schenegen waiver visa. I would like to marry my Swiss boyfriend. I am wondering:

1. If I can do so with this type of visa (I read today that you can't get married while here on a tourist visa?)

2. How quickly the process is able to happen (as I've already been here for nearly 1 of the 3 months allotted)

3. How quickly I would be granted a work permit after having gotten married.

Any definitive advice, ie. websites where I can know for sure how the process works, would very much be appreciated!

PS: I'm in St. Gallen if that is relevant.

Seriously, try the Ausländeramt near the railway station, they speak engish and they can tell you all you need to know, specifically regarding Kanton St. Gallen.

No you cannot. You must apply for a "fiance" visa from outside Switzerland.
