Consequences

Hi,

Due to a death in the family I had to leave Zurich last August, have already given up my apartment in Altstetten and found a new job in the UK.
Thing is that I have not yet had a chance to hand in my L permit or notify the Kreisbureau of me leaving Switzerland.
Would it be sufficient to send the L permit to the Altstetten kreisbureau with a note explaining the situation ?

Best regards,

Henk

Re: Consequences

As you left your apartment they probably already know but yes, sending it in with an explanation is sufficient. Consequences? None.
