Permit received in 2.5 weeks (EU-17/own GmbH)

For info of anyone in a similar situation looking to get a permit:
  • EU-17 passport
  • Applying based on an employment contract with my own GmbH that had been registered 2 days earlier
We registered at the Kreisbureau (7) on 16 Sept.

B-permits valid 5 years were received yesterday, 4 Oct.

That makes approx 2.5 weeks. We expected 4-6 weeks so that was a nice surprise.

Once we have the final details (invoices etc) I'll put together a detailed description of the process from setting up company to applying for permit, as this situation (moving to CH with your own company) doesn't seem to be covered on this forum as yet.
