cool off period for New L Permit Non-EU

I am a IT consultant , my L permit is expiring shortley .My indian contractor does not have enough L to B quota to accomadte me so
I need to go back india . what is the minimum cool off period required to get another fresh L Permit through a indian contractor or
directley through a swiss company .
