Hi,

I am from India and came to Switzerland on L permit for 1 year. We applied for permit (me and my wife)together and we got also.
Now due to the problem in legalizing marriage certificate ,I am unable to process dependent visa/Tourist Visa (as she is dependent we can't process) and permit is also going to expire.

Is it possible to extend the permit or Do i need to apply new one .
How much time will it take to get the permit for dependent again.

Sorry, your post doesn't make much sense.

You would need to have done this.

in order to get this

Also, You could not have applied for the permit(s) as your employer has to do that.

This bit makes no sense at all.

Maybe if you can give a clearer idea of what happened in chronolgical order maybe we can come up with some answers.
