i have Swiss resident permit and i am student i want to know if its possible to use this in italy for traveling to another Eu Countries in the airport is it possible! or do i get problem?

I have not had issues with bordering Schengen countries using only my non-EU B permit, just like the OP.
The OP did ask about EU, which is not the same as Schengen ( eg the UK ).

You should not have any problems entering a Schengen state using your Iranian passport and Tessin issued B permit for a social purpose from an Italian airport.
