Hi,

Can anyone suggest somewhere that offers dog sitting services in Zurich for my kind of need? I may be sharing a place until the end of August, but I can't keep my dog there. I want to bring him to Switzerland and so temporarily for one month I'm looking for a place that can sit him. I will walk him and feed him etc, its really just a doggy bed needed. I heard it can be pricey so if there is anywhere that might factor in that I walk and feed him into the price, it would be great. I'd rather avoid kennels as such, with dozens of yapping dogs, short term is fine, but for a month my poor dog will probably be stressed! He's an adult golden lab/dane cross (lab sized), a very gentle gregarious fella.

Just a suggestion but why dont you keep your dog in Ireland until you fond a place here? You cannot guarantee that the place you find will accept pets and it will be stressful to relocate him twice

Maybe you can consider "Tierheim" as a temp. stay for your dog. We always keep our cat in "Tierheim" while traveling.
They accept wide range of pets... even snakes.
