Am very much a cat person. I love animals in general and would have loved to live on a farm. Strange thing is that cats tend to pick me. Still have not yet figured this out, but I love it.

Actually, it is said, that cats pick owners whereas owners pick their dogs. I would said, this is fairly acurate. I adopted a cat from the forum and the furry creature is rather bizarre (she eats wet food with her left paw ) and most definitely fits me.

One of my neighbors walks her cat every night. She walks through the play ground and her cat follows her, and if not, she picks it up and takes it with her. It's... interesting.
My cat used to walk into the pub in Wales to get me whenever he was hungry! I would then have to walk him home and feed him before I could return. He would also jump on the table in the pub and help himself to the int of anyone drinking Guiness!! Really miss him!!

Our cat goes for walks with us. She follows us when we leave the house but pretends she was just planning to go that way anyway and it has nothing to do with us.
Just the opposite here. Our cat thinks he's a dog.
.
we have 3 cats, 2 are cats, one thinks he is a dog. instead of roaming around alone like the other 2, who simply ignore us when called, he spends all his time with the dogs and also actually comes when called. Might be a colour thing though.

Could be because I had a brother and sister. She was tortoise shell he was black and he was more intrested in the dog, who was also black. Would even sleep with him!!

It's surprisingly fun. I trained my cat to walk with me, or on a leash. He would come out almost anywhere in public (shopping etc.) and just perch on my shoulders. It was a dear shame to have to give him up.

Does she prominantly tie a Robidog bag to the prop leash she's carrying?
I heard this "cat people are control freaks" a million times, and I still can't make any sense out of it. How come a control freak will choose the worst possible pet to exert control over ? He/she might as well adopt a racoon or a bat.
