Not in the area, but...
Many years ago we tried Kynofit in Effretikon with one of my DM collies. He did lake swimming much of the year, but in winter we needed something indoors. At the time, Kynofit was one of the few places offering water therapy for dogs.

Back then they only had the water treadmill - which freaked my guy out. (He had lots of psychological as well as physical issues.) I ultimately decided because of his mental discomfort in the tank that this was not the right solution for him. However, the staff were quite good, competent at handling him, seemed knowledgeable, etc.
I see that they now have a pool - this would have been a better option for my guy.
We only went a couple of times, and this was years ago - so you'll want to investigate on your own. But they would be worth a look.
A friend goes (went?) to Canesano in Winterthur - I have no personal knowledge of them, though:

While he doesn't offer water therapy, you might want to consult the physiotherapist at the Spezialistenklinik in Hünenberg ZG if you are interested in exploring other therapies. He also has his own praxis in Birmensdorf ZH:

I could swear I've heard that the Tierspital has hydrotherapy facilities, but I couldn't find any mention on their website. Hmmm...
Often you need an OK from your vet to start therapy (depending on the reason you are seeking treatment), so asking your vet for a hydro recommendation might also be a good start.
Good luck - I hope you find a place that suits you and your dog. Hydrotherapy can do wonders for our doglets.
