Until someone in your area comes along...
Here is the database of certified SKN trainers:

Since you already have your puppy, I assume you are looking for a trainer for the practical SKN class? Were you required to do the Theory class?
Simply plug in your PLZ and start contacting the trainers convenient to you, asking if English is a possibility. You might find that while a class taught in English is not possible the trainer or another classmate is willing to translate - or you could bring along a friend to translate for you.
You might also consider private lessons - this will be more expensive of course.
Do you have any German at all? If so, you might be surprised how far a little bit goes... you could always ask to sit in on a course, see if beginning German is enough or not. Most trainers are happy to let potential clients observe.
Here's an earlier thread with suggestions for trainers who have done the course for English speakers:
SKN Dog Training - recommendations please
Hopefully someone in your area will be along with more specific suggestions, though.
Congrats on the new addition!
ETA: Just to check, as AG is a BSL canton - if your puppy is one of the restricted breeds, additional courses are required. The AG regs are summarized here:

If your pup is not one of those listed, the federal SKN requirements apply.
