One of my cats peed on the leftover Halloween candy. Now I have to throw away 2 kg (4 lbs) of candy. Bad kitty!
2kg of candy? Sounds like you got away. (good kitty).

A whole week-end clean, yeaaaah! Until today, that is, and we're back to (ab)normal.

Mind you, I did get 20 yodlers home post concert yesterday, that was a lot of "foreign smells" for her to handle.

It's worth studying what was different while she was clean.
You home a lot? Only you? What were you doing? (normal things like hoovering, washing, cleaning, reading, practicing yodling, cooking, watching teli .... what ever normal is to you. Or special treatment like paying lots of attention to cat, playing with it, cuddling .... what ever).

A lot of the first series (especially first 3!) and a bit of the second series, in between school report writing sessions.

IMO there's nothing to study in this most recent case. The cat was already upset that all but one of her people left, and then McTAV had 20 strangers in the house at once. It's totally understandable she started acting up again in this scenario. Assuming 20 strangers doesn't become the norm, I think she'll settle down again soon.

I obviously suggested he studies what was happening when she didn't do it.

Re: Cat pissing around...should have called her Brexit!

It's one day with, one day without and I just cannot see what is different from one day to the next. So despite lots of cuddles yesterday, I even left an old slipper of my daughter's and mine on her armchair, she had peed this morning right in front of her litter box and pooed on the side of it.

At least, it's concentrated in one area now and this new product I have bought ("Simple Solution - Extreme") works a treat to get rid instantly of smell and stains.
